So.. better residency = better chance at getting the ortho group job everyone wants?
I’m a middle of the road student (50% rank) deciding where to clerk/do residency. Obviously rank already excludes majority of top programs for me, but i’m also not limited to just bottom of the barrel programs either.
So if i get an average residency, average training.. what happens? Am i limited in how i can market myself to employers or do they not care?
