Can't take part 3, panicking

I just found out that for whatever reason I do not have an exam scheduled tomorrow for Part 3, I need to pass in order to do residency in my state.

Does anybody know anything I can do? I am desperate right now, tried calling everybody I can and gotten no answers. Anything would help, thanks
